Dimitris Tzamouranis – Garden of Youth

As part of the exhibition “Painting still alive… On the way to modernity” accompanying the 26th edition of EnergaCAMERIMAGE, hyperrealistic works by the Greek artist Dimitris Tzamouranis were presented at the headquarters of the Tumult Foundation. Dimitris Tzamouranis is a Greek artist, painter who gained education both in his country as well as abroad. His paintings were not only exhibited in Greece, but also (among others) in many other countries, such as Germany, Czech Republic, Turkey, Switzerland, Spain or Sweden. The Tumult Foundation Gallery became for around 3 months a real temple for Tzamouranis’ craft filled with exceptional photo-like images depicting many abstract and unique scenes, as well as portraits. The author himself worked on the works’ arrangement in the gallery long before the exhibition opening taking care of its every detail.
